Audio Visual Support: AV for Faculty / Staff

Purpose

AV equipment is intended to support those using the ITLC space for short periods of time.

If you require equipment and cables long-term, please contact your department or division about purchasing.

Users are responsible for the pick-up, transport, and return of items. These items include projectors and screens, laptops, video cameras, and flipcharts.

If you are unsure of what items are offered for sign-out, please ask a member of the library.

Equipment for events (podium, PAs, etc.)

Check the drop-down menu 'AV for Faculty / Staff' above for more information. Submit a ticket at least two days in advance.

Contact our IT & AV Technician for training on how to use the equipment.

Dell Laptop 
  • Loan period: 1 month, no renewals
  • Overdue charges: $10/day
  • 4 Dell laptops available to borrow for faculty
    17 laptops available for sessional instructors to borrow for the term
  • Please note: All files are deleted every time the laptop shuts down.
