Library Services and IT HelpDesk are here to help support your instructional needs.

 

How new hires are given access to accounts:

  1. Department completes a Computer Account Request (CAR) and forwards to HR & IT.
  2. IT will provide the Banner Forms access requested on the CAR.
  3. Developers can have a course created in the Moodle sandbox. Department or employee should submit a help ticket to request this access.
  4. Employees are notified of their account status and login details by the department.​

Sessional instructors will get minimum 45 days early access to systems. This access will be terminated 14 days after their contract end date.

The 45 days prior to contracted start date is subject to HR input time, which according to HR could take between three days to two weeks, dependent on workload.
