- Study rooms: students are welcome study rooms on a first-come, first-served basis; some study rooms are also available for booking.

Computer access in the Innovation Commons
- Computer workstations: current registered students can use the workstations along the windows. Two Mac stations are also available for Multimedia students. Note: the Mac stations are not connected to a printer.
- Two workstations for quick search and password reset are available at the front. No login required.
- Students may also borrow laptops at the Innovation Commons front desk.
Printing & scanning
- Printing is available from workstations in the Innovation Commons and from the stations in the study rooms.
- How to print: upon registration, students have $40.00 allocated to their printing account in Papercut. See how to activate your Papercut account. Once this amount is used, students can buy more credit at the Campus Store. Once the desired amount is paid, return the receipt to the IT Helpdesk in the Innovation Commons.
- Printing costs: only B & W printing is available. Costs are $0.10 per page.
- Scanning: the Innovation Commons printer has a scanning function that allows scanned files to be sent to an email address. Students can scan materials, send a pdf file to an email address.
AV equipment
- Students may be able to borrow a variety of AV equipment. Check this page for more information.
